Scores and write-ups are opinions from public and model knowledge plus optional overlays. They are not a CMA and not a guarantee.

Zillow, Keller Williams, and map links can be incomplete. Always verify listings, prices, and availability on the destination site.

You agree not to misuse the service, including scraping, prompt injection, or resale of raw output as a competing product.

Free use is capped. Paid plans follow Stripe checkout and the billing portal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The service is provided as-is.

Fred is operated by LBL Lifestyle Solutions LLC. When you agree to these terms and create a report, LBL may share your inquiry with a licensed real-estate agent so they can help with your community or relocation search.

Agents may follow up by email. If you voluntarily enter a phone number where Fred says that number is a request for a personal call, you are asking for a personal phone call about that inquiry. LBL does not use that agreement for automated marketing calls, prerecorded calls, or automated marketing texts.

You may ask LBL or the agent to stop follow-up contact. Licensed agents remain responsible for the calling, Do Not Call, privacy, and marketing rules that apply to them. This agreement is not permission to ignore those rules.
