Fred is a product of LBL Lifestyle Solutions. Reports are associated with Greg Laldee, Keller Williams South Shore, Florida.

Name, email, phone number, wizard answers, the generated report, usage and cap counters, optional account and billing records (Stripe), and optional saved report history for paid accounts.

To produce the Fred report, email it to you, and refer your inquiry to a licensed real-estate agent who may follow up by email. If you enter a valid phone number with that agreement, we treat it as a request for a personal phone call about the inquiry. We do not use it for automated marketing calls, prerecorded calls, or automated marketing texts. We also use this information to run your account, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Greg sees consumer leads only — not agent-tool generates. Resend sends email. xAI receives intake so the model can generate the report. Supabase stores database and auth records. Stripe handles paid billing. Cloudflare Turnstile is the bot check. PostHog provides anonymous product analytics. We don't sell your information to advertisers or data brokers. With the agreement on the report form, your name, email, search details, and phone number if you provided one may be shared with a licensed real-estate agent so they can help with your community or relocation search. Email follow-up is part of that agreement. A personal call is requested only when the phone number you submit is valid. You can ask us to stop follow-up contact. White-label partners are not in this product yet.

We use session cookies for magic-link accounts so you can stay signed in.

Guest leads are kept so Greg can follow up on consented consumer reports. Paid history stays until you request deletion. You can request deletion from the account history page (“Delete my account and data”) or by emailing hello@lbllifestyle.com.
